Stitching with students and teachers at the UVA in Amsterdam

During the initiation week, September 2024, at the University of Amsterdam, the XL stitching project brought new students and teachers together in a joyful and creative way.
Two large abstract panels were created, symbolizing the beautiful diversity within the student community.
With soft colors and gentle, flowing shapes, the artworks reflect a sense of openness and connection. The energy during the stitching sessions was amazing, as hands from all backgrounds worked side by side.
The finished pieces now proudly hang in the university, serving as a lasting reminder of unity, creativity, and the start of something new.
